Dude Pit Beater Bass

Yes..some poor soul was trying to sell this......and I had to comply.

Well.......I placed my bid....and was very surprised when I won !!

In fact , no-one had even Bid !!!

Lucky Me !! Lucky Jack !

This is the Day the box arrived !!! See How happy I am !!!

The 'Beast' arrived in a square box......I was totally surprised when it arrived !!

It was Now time to Spread some Joy....and Share.

So I readied the DPBB for travel !!

and set out on my Journey to give the Gift ...that is known as DPBB !!

Dave Fitch was the 1st Lucky Receiver of this Prize !!

See How happy and elated he is !!!

He was especially fond of the custom strap hook !!

I found it hard to part with it...so gave it one more whirl !!!

Here's the Sears Model 15hc1 Burning tool ....used to brand each Pitter's name into the DPBB

Careful though......I believe there could be noxious fumes emitted when burning into the Beast

Jack........being the sharing and gracious type guy he is.....didn't see fit

to hold on to the DPBB for very long.......

He passed it along to Chuck Moses.......

The Resident Pathologist of da Pit .....

Pathy spent just a bit o time with the DPBB, probing in ways unmentionable !!

As you can see.....he opted Against searing his brand into the beast , using the supplied Sears

Woodburning tool.......

Pathy sent the Beauty to it's next stop , but I believe it still may be sitting in a box.

Now here's where the Story gets a little sad......

J Scott Cutrer received the Bass ( termed loosely )

and was send out on some sort of Army mission......so the lil beaut sat for months

until Scott returned.

Then Scott wouldn't give the bass away......having become emotionally attached.

.......7 months passed......

I finally convinced Scott that it was his duty to spread the love and let other pitters

rejoice in all that is , DPBB.

He reluctantly sent the DPBB back to PJR.......awaiting its next caregiver.

Who will get it next ??????
